How to add a Group to a MyVCM Item
You can add a group much like you would add a single user to a MyVCM object.
To enter the Groups menu, access the administrative menu by clicking the 3 bars in the top-right corner of any MyVCM page, then select ‘Groups’.
From any add-a-user menu:
- Filter the list of available groups by choosing the ‘Groups’ option at the top of any add-a-user menu.
- Find your group from the available list, or use the ‘search’ feature to locate a group.
- Add the group with the + button.
- When finished adding all users and/or groups, click ‘Save’ to finish.
NOTE: Groups can only be added as a custodian, consumer or as an approver to MyVCM objects.
