      MyVCM Release Notes: v3.2

      MyVCM 3.2 continues the new and improved MyVCM 3.0 user experience that presents modern and responsive designs, enabling the user to navigate the platform with ease. The June release builds on April’s 3.1.0 release, adding new chat functionality

      Date released to Production: Friday, June 24, 2022 

      MyVCM 3.2 continues the new and improved MyVCM 3.0 user experience that presents modern and responsive designs, enabling the user to navigate the platform with ease. The June release builds on April’s v3.1.0 release, adding new chat functionality and a UI refresh for the Organizations and Projects module.

      3.2 High-Level Summary

        • NEW Chat Functionality: Alert specific users within chat. Use "@" to identify and select one or multiple users. Selected users will be notified via email with a link to the associated item. 
      • UPDATED Organization & Projects Modules: The Collections module has been restructured into Organizations and Projects modules for a better user experience.

      Additional Features

      • Navigation: Side Bar and Filters are preserved when navigating between pages. 
      • Search: Top Menu Search Bar reads “Search Platform” for better clarity 
      • Deleting Users: When a user is deleted, ownership is required to change to a current user. Any other assignments for the deleted user are optional (e.g. custodianship, approver, etc).
        • Confirmation of user deletion comes before final deletion action.
      • Term “inactivation” has changed to “suspension”.
      • The Access Tab now contains artifacts the user has access to currently. The Pending Actions Tab contains all pending actions.
      • Frameworks: As part of our overarching 125+ frameworks, we are pleased to announce the release of SCF version 2022.2. This is a moderate update with new content and some edits. New mapping in this version includes:

        • NIST SP 800-82 rev2
        • NIST SP 800-161 rev 1
        • OWASP Top 10 v2021
        • PCI DSS v4.0
        • Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority - Cyber Security Framework Version 1.0 (May 2017)
        • SWIFT CSF v2021
        • TISAX ISA v5.1.0
