MyVCM 3.3 provides a user experience that presents modern and responsive designs, enabling the user to navigate the platform with ease. The July release continues the UI module update, including:
- Updated Corporate Profile interface
- New ways to search across the platform
- Improved Wiki and Universal Side Tray experience

New Features
UPDATED Corporate Profile: The Corporate Profile now has a smoother user experience matching the 3.0 refresh.
- Profile completion dashboard provides insights into Corporate Profile progress
- Streamlined step guide enables users to move back and forth between sections with ease and ensure profile completeness
- Updated to know “and” vs. “or” to reduce the number of search results
- Magnifying glass icon in the Universal Side Tray: Enables users to directly search for key terms, eliminating the need to click inside the search box
UPDATED Wiki and Universal Side Tray: New features and search capabilities added
- Individual users can now bookmark documents
- Ability to drag and drop to change the order of bookmarks from a new Universal Side Tray icon
- Saved searches now enables users to drag and drop to save the order of the searches
- Exact Search: While searching for the keyword, users have the option to search for the exact term using double quotes
- Advanced search: Now contains Last Published Date range and Location (Files, Document Name or Folder)
Additional Features
- The Universal Side Tray (with Search, Filter, and Share) is global and refresh issues are fixed
