MyVCM 3.4 enhances the user experience with modern and responsive designs, enabling a more seamless navigation of the platform. The September release continues the UI module update, including:
- Updated training module interface
- A more intuitive on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Enhanced users module

New Features
- UPDATED Training module: The training module has an improved user experience matching the 3.0 refresh.
- Multiple training materials can now be added to newly created training, through either uploading, URL links, or linking to an existing MyVCM instance.
- Users now have the ability to resume training after starting.
- New training submission settings.
- Manage my training: adds advanced search functionality and enables users to create training questions with a pass/fail percentage and/or survey question type.
- Add approvers for any training.
- Manage schedule and pending training and upcoming training due dates are now visible. Scheduled training will not show up in a user’s pending actions until the set date is reached.
- Default due dates on the basis of priority and the user ability to set custom due dates.
- New consumer instruction templates and training acknowledgement templates.
- INTUITIVE On-boarding and off-boarding: On-boarding and Off-boarding have new response views for ease of use and updated features allowing more control when assigning or reassigning groups, assets, documents or training.
- New collapsible and expandable headers for ease of use.
- On-boarding and off-boarding tickets can be created from the ticket module.
- Changes to smart ticket priority; on-boarding and off-boarding smart tickets are default to medium.
- Off-boarding option removed from bulk action and added in row level actions.
- On-boarding ability to select multiple users and select different artifacts for different users.
- Changes in text for on-boarding and off-boarding options.
- Ownership is required to change when deleting a user.
- ENHANCED Users module: Now matches the 3.0 refresh with improved response views and organization of information.
- Updated access tab structure.
- Updated row level menu options.
- Split out access to and pending actions.
- Reorganized user profile data in information and summary sections.
- Confirmation of user deletion comes before final deletion action.
