The Ostendio Platform 3.5 enhances the user experience with a new module to control compliance across the platform.

NEW Compliance Manager: Introducing a single consolidated operational view, designed to manage real time compliance and non-compliance.

New Features

  • The universal side tray search allows you to search the Compliance Manager module per selected framework
  • The side tray filter will now allow filtering by Department, Control, Location and User 
  • When the AICPA framework is selected, the Trust Service Criteria will be easily available for selection via checkboxes
  • The user may select up to 5 frameworks at a time
  • The User view in the Compliance Manager will show the artifacts associated specifically to that user
  • When fixing non-compliant issues in the Documents module, a send message button is highlighted and will take the user to the side tray where a pre-populated message is ready to send for correction 
  • If an artifact is expired, the Expiry date will be outlined in red to draw attention and serves as a link for correction
  • When an artifact in the Module view or Domain view needs action, a red triangle shield with an “!” will alert the user that Action is Required
  • Within the views, there will be 3 color coded bubbles identifying the following totals: Number of artifacts (gray), in-scope (blue) and non-compliant (red)
  • In the Domain view, the user will have the ability to select a framework from the dropdown and any artifact with the corresponding tag will display
  • In the Control view, the user will have the ability to select a framework from the dropdown and any artifact with the corresponding tag will display
  • New workflow has been created to correct or “Fix” within different modules
  • Allows the user to link tags and controls to assets
  • The Compliance manager roles can be configured within Role Manager

Additional Features

  • The Compliance Manager is located in the Home Menu between Organization's activity and Manage dashboards
  • Tags have been added to easily identify how to fix Non-Compliant artifacts
  • Tooltips have been created for easy identification of non-compliance for an artifact within a module
  • The numbers within the tab structure needs to match the number of artifacts for each filter applied (compliant or noncompliant) for all views

  • Technical changes to correct access issues
  • Redirecting the user for Weekly Report email links

  • Weekly compliance email takes the user to the last platform page
  • Organizations module is not associating with other artifacts as per standard design
