MyVCM Release Notes: 2.22 API's

API’s

Ostendio’s MyVCM is built on an open API. An API is a software intermediary that allows two applications to talk to each other.

MyVCM Premium and Enterprise customers can request to turn on API’s by going to ‘System Settings’ from the drop-down menu on the main navigation bar, and clicking ‘REQUEST API ACCESS’. A member of the Customer Success team will then be in contact with instructions about how to set up your API’s.

With MyVCM's API capabilities:

  • Admins can control user management using tools like Active Directory
  • Utilize 3rd party ticketing systems to import tickets into MyVCM
