Learn how to create a question that will allow your users to upload documents as responses.
Use the Attachment “question type” to create a page that will allow your end-users to upload a document as a question response.
Most commonly, our customers use this question type to have end-users upload proof of completion from 3rd parties to manage through the MyVCM platform.
Adding an Attachment question type:
1. Decide on a weight for your single-select question (Usually you would want this to be a 0).
2. Add a custom number to your quiz question by checking the Show Custom Number box (optional).
3. In the Question field, input the question or request for the documents you require.
4. Under Instructions, optionally input any necessary additional details.
5. Click Save Question to update and to continue modifying your quiz.
