Do I get a notification when a document is set to expire?
Documents in MyVCM are set to expire at a future date, to encourage you to review your policies, procedures and other documents on a regular basis. By default, the system sets expiration one year our from the creation date of the document.
Documents in MyVCM are set to expire at a future date, to encourage you to review your policies, procedures and other documents on a regular basis. By default, the system sets expiration one year our from the creation date of the document. This is a setting that is set when adding or editing a document.
MyVCM will notify the owner of the document 30 days prior to its expiration for them to republish the document as a major or minor version.
