Do I get a notification when a document is set to expire?
Documents in Ostendio are set to expire at a future date, to encourage you to review your policies, procedures, and other documents on a regular basis.
By default, the system sets expiration one year our from the creation date of the document. This is a setting that is set when adding or editing a document.
Ostendio will notify the owner of the document 30 days prior to its expiration so that they can republish the document as a major or minor version.
