Any frameworks that are not pre-built in our platform can be uploaded from an Excel file as an Assessment. If the custom framework is part of the SCF, we can apply smart tags for cross-walking to other industry templates. If it is not part of the SCF, custom frameworks can still be created and applied as tags for reporting and organizing your program".

So long as the valid tag format fits tags can be uploaded via the import.
