Provide platform instance access to your auditor

Your auditor needs access to your instance to view your assessment and access any evidence associated. 

Start by creating a custom role for them so they only have access to what you allow.

1. Add a custom user role (suggested name, "Auditor Access Role"), toggle on for modules and choose View access for all. This lets them view any artifacts but ensures the prevention of editing, deleting etc.
2. If the user has already been added to your instance, then from the newly created role, you can assign the user. Otherwise...
3. You can create the auditor user and then assign them to the custom role that will now appear in the drop down.
