The Activity Compliance Score reflects a user's activities in the Audits, Documents, Training, Tickets, and Assessments Modules in their Ostendio platform.
The Activity Compliance Score allows users to understand where they stand in terms of completing all of the actions assigned to them at any given time. A user’s Activity Compliance Score is affected any time an action with a due date applies to the user.
Note: Activity Compliance Score reflects activities completed within the last eighteen months
The following actions are included in the calculation of the Activity Compliance Score:
- Ticket submission actions of Owners
- Ticket approval actions of Owners
- Document acknowledgement actions of Consumers
- Document expiry actions of Owners
- Document approval actions of Owners
- Training Submission actions of Consumers
- Audit task submission actions of the Task Owner
- Assessment submission actions of Owners in Self-Assessments
- Assessment submission actions of Owners in Auditor Assessments
- Assessment submission actions of Vendors in Vendor Assessments
- Assessment approval/rejection actions of the Internal Auditors in Auditor Assessments
- Assessment approval/rejection actions of the External Auditors in Auditor assessments
- Assessment approval/rejection actions of Owners in Vendor Assessments
The Activity Compliance Score is calculated by dividing the total number of pending and completed actions by the number of total actions. Since overdue actions are a part of total actions, an increased number of overdue actions will have an adverse effect on the final score. As such, it's in the user's best interest to complete all pending actions on or before their due date.
Definitions:
Completed Action: The action has been completed before or on the due date
Pending Action: The action has not been completed and the due date has not arrived yet
Overdue Action: The action has not been completed and the due date has already passed
