How often do you update the platform and share that information with the customers?

You can see the platform version and can click on it to see release notes at the bottom of the left menu. 

We reserve a maintenance window for each Saturday in the early am although we typically only conduct feature releases once a month (on the last Friday of the month).  However, we only notify clients in advance if we require an outage.
