How to Add a Published Ostendio Document to the Ostendio Wiki

Steps to adding a published document to the Ostendio Wiki

Step 1:

Access the Document in Ostendio. Select the More actions drop-down and click Add to Wiki

Step 2:

Associate Parent Document, Select Files, and Document Access Control

• Choose which files from the Document are to be added to the Wiki
• Determine who will have access to the files in the Wiki
          - If "Make generally available to all users" is not toggled on, only those with access to the document in Ostendio will have access to the document in the Wiki
• Click Done

The Ostendio Document can now be accessed and found in the Ostendio Wiki.

 Note: Only published documents will show on the Ostendio Wiki
