How to Publish a Training

Steps on how to publish a new training in MyVCM.

Publishing a training:

1. Select Publish Training. You can publish a training from two different places in the MyVCM platform:

- After saving any changes to a training in edit mode, you can easily publish a training by choosing the Publish Training selection from the splash screen that will show after saving your edits.

You can also publish a training by clicking the gear icon that’s located on the upper right-hand side of the training overview page and selecting Publish Training.

2. Next, check the box to confirm that you wish to publish the training.
3. Decide if you would like to publish a training Now or Later.

Choosing Now will publish a training immediately.
Choosing Later will publish a training on a date of your choosing.

4. Enter initials to confirm publishing.

Now that the quiz is published, there’s a few things you can do to monitor the consumer’s training submissions. In the training overview page, you can still modify all aspects of the training, review training submissions, and monitor all activity around the training.
