Learn how you can send a message to remind consumers of a training or document acknowledge due outside of regular system reminders.
- 1. Go directly to the document or training and find the ‘Summary’ tab. Then click 'Send message'.
- 2. A menu will open from the right-side panel where you can select the users you want to notify. You can specify the roles and compliance level of the recipients with the following options:
- To Role
- Owner
- All custodians
- All administrators
- To Consumer
- All consumers
- Only compliant consumers
- Only non-compliant consumers
- None
- To Approver
- Pending
- Approved
- Rejected
- cc Self
- To Role
You can also select specific employees from the dropdown that you want to send a message to. Once you have selected the users you want to notify, typed a Subject, and typed a Message, you may click ‘Send Message'.
3. A notification will be sent to all users selected.
