How to track the logs and prompt ticket to suspended user?
If you go into the user profile and select the Suspend radio button, it won’t show in the activity logs as the user was suspended, just that a change was made on their user.However, if they use this suspend option, it does show properly in the logs.
Also, to prompt any offboarding tickets, you must use the Offboard option from the dropdown menu, you cannot simply suspend them to be prompted to change ownership of documents, tickets, etc. that they are currently the owner of
