However, it is worth noting that a document hosted on a platform other than Ostendio does not have the ability to confirm that the appropriate/relevant version of a document was acknowledged without effort. The organization would find it excessively labor-intensive to provide evidence that “X number of users all acknowledged the appropriate version of a document” residing outside of the Ostendio platform.
