      Configuration steps

      How you activate a connection depends on the type of integration

      • Open
      • Pre-Configured


      Step 1

      Click the Manage button for the integration. The side tray will display the configuration steps.

      Since you will need to access the 3rd party integration's system/platform, you may need to switch between tabs or monitors in order to complete the setup. 

       

      Step 2

      Continue to move through the navigation / complete the required steps

       

      Step 3

      Complete the setup with the last step. and where possible, test the connection.
