Smart Tickets: Additional Notification Settings

Based on feedback, we have improved the Smart Tickets functionality to make it faster to on-board and off-board employees.

To help explain employee on-boarding and off-boarding further, we have put together a helpful booklet. You can download it here.

Reduce the number of notifications using the on-boarding or off-boarding Smart Ticket

When creating a Smart Ticket, you can choose:

  1. To take action on all of the sub-tickets you are assigned.
  2. Automatically assign or remove  user(s) on items selected that you are an Owner/Custodian of.
  3. Automatically assign or remove  user(s) on items selected that you can modify as an Administrator.

If you are not sure which option to choose, hover over the ‘?’ icon which will provide you with a helpful explanation.
