Ostendio Password Reset Step-by-Step Process

Document Description

The purpose of this document is to assist in resetting your password.

If you still have trouble, please reach out to support@ostendio.com.

Begin your login process by entering your organization's MyVCM domain from your web-browser. (example: https://Ostendio.ostend.io)

Once you go to the main login page:

  • Enter your registered email address and click next
    • This step is required to move forward to be able to reset your password
    • Please note: If the system does not recognize your email address or has not been verified in our system, you will not receive a password reset (see below for additional instructions)

  • Click on Forgot Password

  • Confirm the email address is a registered email address and click submit

  • You will see a standard message (this is for all users)

  • You should receive an email confirmation (this may take several minutes) with a link to reset your password

  • If you do not see it after 5 - 10 minutes please check your spam folder 
  • Click the link to reset your password. You will be brought to a screen that looks like this:

  • If the system does not recognize your email address or has not been verified in our system, you will not receive a password reset 
    • If that is the case please reach out to your administrator or Ostendio support to ensure your access and email address is correct in the system
