      Ostendio Trust Network Licensing

      Ostendio Vendor Connect will fill 1 license when an Ostendio customer establishes a new connection for the requesting Ostendio instance. Only the Ostendio instance that is initiating the request is charged a license.

      Ostendio Trust Network Licensing:

      Ostendio Vendor Connect will fill 1 license when an Ostendio customer establishes a new connection for the requesting Ostendio instance. Only the Ostendio instance that is initiating the request is charged a license. 

      *The most common use case is when a customer sends a vendor an Assessment (i.e security questionnaire), and the Vendor accepts a connection request to use Ostendio Lite to complete the Assessment*

      Example Scenarios:

      • An Ostendio customer uses one of their licenses to invite a vendor to take a vendor risk assessment through Ostendio who is not a current Ostendio customer. That vendor signs up for Ostendio Lite to complete the assessment.
        • 1 license is charged to the Ostendio Premium customer. Ostendio Lite users will not be able to send vendor risk assessments. Ostendio Lite users can only respond to an assessment
