In this article, I will walk you through how to register and provision a new partner.
Step-by-Step guide:
1. To begin, click the Clients icon in the left side tray.
Click Manage Partners
Click Add new partner
2. Select the type of partner you are adding, as well as the products included for that partner.
Click Next
3. Enter all Partner Information and Contact Information.
Click Next
4. Enter the Billing Information or click the check box at the top to use the previously entered Contact Information.
Click Next
5. Choose your unique URL Identifier and click the blue Check availability button to ensure that this URL is available. If it is available, you will see the following prompt appear below your URL in green letter. Congrats! Your domain name is available
Enter the Site Administrator details or click the Copy from contact information check box if this information applies.
Click Next
Note: A banner is displayed that informs you that a registration email will be sent to this user with instructions to change their password.
6. Choose your Partner Type and enter the optional Partner Description. If an NFR account is required, click the check box to the right.
Click Next
7. Review all information to ensure it is accurate.
Click the check box at the bottom to send a setup email to the Site Administrator.
Click Create new partner. Congratulations! You have successfully registered and provisioned a new partner.
