Release Notes: 2.32.0.4: New My Profile and My Organization Dashboards

High-Level Summary: 

  • Newly released dashboards allow MyVCM customers to have a unified view of the data and information that matters to drive the activity compliance forward. Dashboards are valuable because they transform MyVCM data into critical information that jumps out to the user, who can then make sense and act on it immediately.
    • Fast and effective decision-making:
      • MyVCM Dashboards give executives, managers, security analysts, and users convenient immediate access to key performance metrics, which help them monitor activity compliance performance and processes for a greater understanding of the business.
    • Accurate and relevant information in line with business priorities
      • Newly introduced MyVCM Dashboards clearly communicate business objectives throughout the organization and allow users to see progress towards those goals. Therefore every user of the MyVCM platform stays focused and informed. With a personalized layout for the different user access levels, users only see the information that is most important to them.
    • Focused identification of problems, inefficiencies or negative trends for immediate action and improved performance
      • MyVCM users can immediately see any problems and drill down on charts and links to explore detailed information and analyze data in real time, to determine root causes and to correct negative trends
  • While the general users can quickly view their pending and overdue activities and take action with just one click through My Profile Dashboard, the administrator and site administrator level users can access key performance metrics through My Organization Dashboard. Hence they can monitor activity compliance performance and processes of all users and departments under their organization timely and easily.

  • My Organization Dashboard comes with Executive, Compliance and Operations views to allow the administrator and site administrator level users to access actionable insights and drill through the data  to have a holistic view of the organization’s activity compliance at all times.
