Release Notes: 2.40.1.3 Assessments Minor Release Date released to Production: Thursday, April 1st, 2021
High-Level Summary:
- The user should be able to search the assessment questions by the SCF control in the assessments created by the industry template
- Zero (“0”) is added as another question weight option to the assessments
The question weight is updated to include zero (“0”), so the informational questions that can be inserted to the assessments would not affect the scores and would not be included in the total number of questions.
- The description and instructions fields that belong to a question would appear in their own tabs under the assessment question area
- Ability to filter the assessment questions by status
When the user clicks the filter button on an assessment, the system displays the list of questions to the user based on the applied filter
The filter options are:
- Answered - User has inputted a response the question
- Unanswered - User has not added a response to the question
- Marked Complete - User has marked the question as complete
- Evidence added - User has added evidence to the question
- Rejected - Question is in rejected status
- Approved - Question is in the approved status
- Not applicable - Question has “Not Applicable” checked on
- Locked - Question has been locked for responding
- Unlocked - Question has been unlocked for responding
- Inherited Evidence - Inherited evidence is currently associated with the question
