Configurable List settings 

This setting in the system settings, allows the ability for users to modify drop-down lists for attributes in MyVCM that do not have any dependencies (exception is Ticket category and sub-category).

Delete and Hide list functionality - Users will not be able to delete list options that have current usage in the platform. They will only be able to hide that list option.

  • Hide - allows users to hide the list option from displaying in future lists, but doesn’t delete the attribute from artifacts and entities (users, locations, groups, and reports) that currently exist with this option select. This way, it does not affect any active items that currently use that list option. You can rename list options if the list item name should change.
