Release Notes: 3.0.0 March 25, 2022 Date released to Production: Friday, March 25, 2022

MyVCM 3.0, a new and improved user experience that enables modern and responsive designs that enable the user to navigate the platform with ease. The March release sets in motion the first to many enhancements to the MyVCM platform.

High-Level Summary

  • NEW Home Page:   A new Home page designed with the customer in mind. We know that activities and tasks are important which is why the new Home page offers the following as the default, My Activity. Department Activity and Organization Activity require the appropriate permissions and that the user be associated with a specific department.

  • NEW Manage Reports: MyVCM 3.0 offers a new approach to managing reports. Now you can create custom reports to fit your organization and daily needs. We also offer system reports for your use to assist in new reports or pinning to your Home page.

  • NEW Manage Dashboards: The new Manage Dashboard sub-menu option compliments the Manage Reports function. A user can Create a custom reports or use predefined system reports to build out organizational or department dashboard. Additional features to highlight for Dashboards are modern chart designs, intuitive workflow to add new charts, real-time data elements available while building dashboards.

  • NEW Assessments: A better way to collaborate with the new Assessments module. MyVCM 3.0 targets the importance of Internal and External Assessments and the need to call out the Requestor, Responder, and the Reviewer. The Assessments module houses a sub-menu that highlights Pending Actions, My Assessments, and Manage all Assessments for a specific organization. Additional features include: Add a test plan, interactive chat, step-by-step flows for Assessments, and more!

  • NEW Documents: The Documents module user interface has been improved to show Pending Actions, My Submissions, My Documents, and Manage Documents for the organization. A user can Add a new Document from any sub-menu with the click of the button. Quick filters and a responsive grid for easy sub-menu options enables quick search and actions required to your documents. The Documents module offers quick insights, the ability to add to a risk or existing audit.

  • NEW Wiki:  MyVCM 3.0 streamlines the Wiki workflow with a new navigation pane and interactive side panel. The Wiki enables the user to select favorites or a homepage to pin to the top of the screen. Additional features: Quick search capability to find any document, version history, document download, management of folder structure for documents.
