What do the colors in the Ostendio platform represent?
The Ostendio platform uses color-coding to help you easily visualize the status of compliance.
Green - means that the policy, Audit review, training and/or consumer is compliant to the requirements.
Yellow - means that the policy, audit review, training and/or consumer has a pending action that needs to be acknowledged before a certain expiry date.
Red - means that the policy, audit review, training and/or consumer has not taken an action prior to the expiry date and is now out of compliance.
White - means there is no acknowledgment or compliance requirement placed on the policy, audit review, training and/or consumer.
