Why did I get a notification of a task due many days out?
Ostendio is designed to enable you to complete any pending items assigned to you by sending out system reminders of any pending tasks.
Ostendio uses the following schedule to send out notifications:
- On Assignment
- Due Date – 90 Days
- Due Date – 60 Days
- Due Date – 45 Days
- Due Date – 30 Days
- Due Date – 21 Days
- Due Date – 10 Days
- Due Date – 7 Days
- Due Date – 4 Days
- Due Date – 1 Day
The system will send you a weekly reminder with your Ostendio compliance score, and a list of pending actions you need to take.
