Why did I get a notification of a task due many days out?

MyVCM is designed to enable you to complete any pending items assigned to you by sending out system reminders of any pending tasks.

MyVCM uses the following schedule to send out notifications:

• On Assignment
• Due Date – 90 Days
• Due Date – 60 Days
• Due Date – 45 Days
• Due Date – 30 Days
• Due Date – 21 Days
• Due Date – 10 Days
• Due Date – 7 Days
• Due Date – 4 Days
• Due Date – 1 Day

Weekly, the system will send you a weekly reminder with your MyVCM compliance score, and a list of pending actions you need to take.
