Why It's Important to Use Smart Tags
Smart tags allow admins to view and gather actionable insights for frameworks that apply to their organization.
Ostendio is excited to introduce new dashboard views and reports that are fully integrated with Smart Tags in MyVCM. This allows administrators to view and gather actionable insights for any framework that applies to their organization.
Progress on each MyVCM Assessment created within is tracked on the Organization dashboard when artifacts have been properly tagged. Admins can view and track the compliance score and assessment status for specific frameworks on the dashboard based on the outstanding and completed actions for artifacts tagged with the proper framework controls.
In order for users to tag artifacts with the appropriate controls, make sure that any standard or framework that applies to your organization is turned on in the Compliance Goals section (5.) of the Corporate Profile, which is accessible in the Settings module.
Please see "How To Use MyVCM Smart Tags" for more information
