      User Experience

      Integration Manager

      1. Navigate to the manage connections page and select KnowBe4. 
      2. Utilize the help box to follow the 2 steps:
        1. Add KnowBe4 URL
        2. Create an API user token, copy and paste it into Ostendio 
      3. Select the training campaigns to sync and complete setup 

      Training Manager 

      1. Either from the training module, or anywhere in the platform (using the Add New button or side tray icon) to create a new training and choose from the KnowBe4 tab.
      2. Follow the training creation workflow, with many of the settings from KnowBe4 already applied.
      3. Once created, fix any discrepancies with users and make final adjustments before publishing. 

      Employee needing to complete Training 

      1. Click training link from email notification / pending action link / training link in My Training
      2. Click "Take Training", then click "Download training materials". This will open the training from KnowBe4
      3. User takes training and downloads certificate
      4. User submits certificate as evidence
